WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN TERMS?
Return Policy for Online Clothing and Accessories:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional shipping charges may apply.

For hygiene reasons, necklakes, rings and earrings are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
